Martin Payne builds a silky 51 break

League leaders Balcombe retain a two point advantage

Balcombe remain top of the header board although they tumbled to the newcomers Franklands Village 15-17. Hurst B edged a tight victory over Clayton A 15-14 which saw the current champion’s David Page securing a fine 35 break.
     Martin Payne was in top form creating a superb 51 break, his team Hurst A were involved with the first drawn match of the season with Hassocks 16-16.
